After some research, I finally have a diagnosis for my little mouse, Vincent. She has OCD. She obsessively cleans herself and her buddie so much that she is scratching away the fur and skin and leaving open wounds.
As sites have suggested, all I can do is put antiseptic on her, which makes her freak out and attack her already infected skin, and try to make her obsess over something other than...
